Boulders Broadmoor: At an elevation of 6500 feet, this is another location that offers great mountain and city views. It is a subdivision of newer homes that are well priced for their location relative to some of its neighbors such as the higher priced Broadmoor Resort Community that borders it on the west side. Three houses were built here in 1994 and one home was built in 1996, but the majority of the construction was completed in 1998 though the year 2000. Upper sections such as Boulders Broadmoor are accessible only from the roads that are coming up from the lower elevations. This is a plus because it limits the traffic to that of the local residents.
